WHAT IS THE LIFESPAN OF AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE'S BATTERY?
Thanks to the considerable progress made year after year, lithium-ion batteries stand up very well to the test of time.     

As a pioneer of electromobility, Renault estimates that the lifespan of its batteries – for automotive use – is around ten years. But this does not mean the end of the battery’s life. It still has plenty of energy to spare in its “ second life ” which can add on another ten years: stationary energy battery storage system, vehicle electrification, short-circuit green energy distribution, etc.

    DOES THE BATTERY LOSE CHARGE IF YOU DO NOT USE YOUR VEHICLE?
    Electric batteries in vehicles are built with advanced technology to protect and preserve their capacity and charge. This means you will not have to worry about leaving your electric vehicle in an airport car park while you go on holiday and you probably will not notice any real loss of charge even if you were to leave it for a couple of months.

    If you are planning to leave your electric vehicle for a long time, we recommend leaving it charged between 40-70% for it to top up the 12V battery, should it start to run low.
